I cannot send out mail or download Adobe flash because i am asked a password that none that i put in work

What does downloading mail have to do with installing Flash?
To install aps like flash yo have to enter your admin password for the Mac.
To download mail you have to enter the password for that mail account.
Try resetting the mail password by following the instructions provided by the mail provider.

You may have a corrupt keychain. Ditch your Keychain and try again.
