Every time I paste a link into my Notes it turns yellow, making it live. That's okay except it's also making all my other words on the page yellow as well. Can that be stopped?
iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.5)
I just tried it - and it did not turn the rest of my notes yellow - albeit on a Macbook Pro
Not sure there is any way of disabling the underlying macro that turns links active
Your page looks just like mine used to before it started turning lots of words yellow.
At first, just the links were yellow. Then any word that was in an article that served as a link also turned yellow, but that was fine. Now it's turning my own words yellow and I just don't get it. I'll go to settings and check things out there. Thanks for trying to help me!

Backup the device to iTunes - Restore as NEW (not from backup) - see if problem resolves - if yes - restore backup
