Q: Cannot make phone calls on my iphone

For some reason, the phone app on my iPhone isn't working. Well, technically it is, but after every call I make I have to shut down and restart the phone to be able to make another call. When I call someone, the call timer shows one is in progress, but nothing happens. It's silent. No dialing, nothing. If I'm playing music, it will not stop when this is happening to make a call even though the call timer shows one's happening.

It is incredibly annoying to have to constantly restart my phone for each call. Has anyone had this problem, or know a temporary work around until Apple finds it within their schedule to make their iPhone.....an actual functional phone?
