Q: iPadAir2 ModelA1566 Went Radio Silent

Just as I was planning to transition to my Christmas present, the latest iPad, I noticed...No sound when normally there would w/b a 'ding' for incoming emails. My iPad is my personal email yet it was eerily quiet. What the heck?

Usually I resolve all my problems myself, but this one? Has been going on for three days, minimum. Any explanations yet? I

Tap Settings > Sounds then check your New Mail settings and make sure the Mute button is not enabled.

You need to "UNCHECK" solved as I was being sarcastic, no, I tested all the obvious things, such as mute, Thanks.
