Q: Safari no longer showing Google Images

Carolyn:  I disallowed all plugins, turned off all extensions, relaunched Safari, cleared all history and web data, twice to get rid of it all,  quit Safari, relaunched. still have the problem of no images.  To clarify, when I type in Santa Clause, Google displays a list of links and 4-5 images.  I don't see those.  I then click on  the Images link near the top, and the blank page comes up.

I went to the Library/Internet Plug-ins and moved the everything to the trash except the ones the article said not to move.  Then rebooted.  Typed in "santa claus", using Google search engine: no images.  I then switched to Yahoo search engine and tried again.  This time I saw images in the middle of the screen within the list of links, but when I click on the Images link near the top of the page, I get an almost blank page.  It shows a few words, and a color bar but no images.

On Google, clicking the Videos link at the top also brings up a blank page.  With Yahoo, the Videos link actually gives me a page of videos and I can see the "cover images" on them.

I also checked, just in case, and my account has Parental Controls off. I have reinstalled OS X 10.11.4, and ran a full scan of my hard drive using Kaspersky - the only thing K. found was the .dmg file for the OS re-install.

I changed the search engine to Bing, and was able to see both images and videos.  Rechecked Google, and no images or videos.

Thank you, Howard - that solved the problem!   It still seems strange that Google and Yahoo images were blocked, but not Bing...but I now have a access to Google and Yahoo images.
