When I connect my iPad Pro to iTunes to back up I cant see my Apps screen shots to rearrange them, only the list of Apps on the left hand side?

Sometimes one has to wait a bit especially if syncing over WiFi
Not knowing if you are on a PC or Mac - shut down iTunes (please make sure it is version 12.3.3.
Reboot the computer
Then connect phone to computer using a cable connection
See if the apps show up
TThanks for the feedback. I am using a Mac have restarted my Mac and iPad. Software up to date. Connected via cable but no luck.
iOS 9 introduced "App Thinning." This means that apps downloaded directly to your device contain only code and graphics needed on that particular device, requiring substantially less storage space. This is a good thing, but it means the app on your device is not "universal" which makes it unsuitable to be transferred to iTunes and potentially attempt to install it from there to other devices.
If you insist, you can still download the larger, universal apps to iTunes directly from the App Store > Purchases tab.
UUnderstand but none of my apps appear even those downloaded originally to my Mac?
This seems to be an issue that affects many users, including me. I finally resolved it by repeated relaunches of iTunes and Resets of iPhone while connected to my Mac via USB.
