Q: Is it possible to disable instrument view while recording?

Hello,

 

Can someone tell me if it's possible to disable the instrument view when I try to record In GarageBand for iOS?  I' m used To this app on the Mac, and I rely on the track view... The instrument view is completely useless to me and it's really distracting when it switches over.  This is the only thing that's keeping me from really using this app on the iPad. Can it be disabled?

    I would also like to know if this is possible. I have recorded drum tracks and bass tracks using Garageband. I now want to record my guitar to those tracks. It would be very helpful to be able to see the drum and bass tracks playing while I record my guitar to them. How can I record in the Track View instead of the Instrument View? Looking at a the amp while playing is not helpful at all.
