when i touch the screen some dark translucent clouds appear please help me

Reset the iPhone by holding the home and on/off buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
That will probably not fix your issue. If it does, great. If not, take the iPhone to an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center for advice how to proceed.
