signed in to apple support

signed in to apple support, and language was Chinese, not English. I don't even know how to change language so I don't think I did it.

MacBook Air, iOS 8.1.2

If you are using Safari, go to your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab then click: Remove All Website Data then quit and relaunch Safari and try the Apple Support page again.

When you say signed into Apple Support...

do you mean Apple Support Communities (here where you posted this question)?
or, some where in Apple.com website you chose a link that took you to a page like the image on the left rather than the image on the right?
