Sudden motion sensor message on Logic 9

Hi guys,

After months of trying to solve this issue myself I have no where to turn to but the online community.

I been using Logic for a few years on my machine but I can't playback any audio (when trying to sample) on it whatsoever without the programme crashing. I don't know how to stop it. I upgraded the RAM recently from 4GB to 16GB and that hasn't worked. As soon as I import audio from my music files, during playback it crashes repeatedly. Is there anyway to change my settings to get optimum performance from my machine? Or is it that my machine isn't powerful enough?

I'm using Logic 9.1.8 (32 bit) on a Macbook Pro, 13 inch mid-2012, 2.5GHz intel core i5, 16GB 1600 MHz on El Capitan 10.11.3

Any suggestions would be much appreciated?

MacBook Pro, null
