Sorry, but if your phone is not set up to back up to iCloud automatically, there is no other way to save your data without being able to put in the passcode for the screen.

If you previously synced your iPhone to your computer, connect it via USB cable, launch iTunes, and you should be able to initiate a backup without having to re-enter the passcode.
