My macbook pro won't connect to Time Capsule

My Macbook Pro hasn't backed up for a few weeks and won't connect to the Time Machine.


Each time I try to connect I receive a message saying to check the IP address. Everything else works - i.e. wifi is working, etc. But for some reason the Time Capsule functionality has been lost.


Please can someone help.

MacBook Pro, iOS 8.1.2
