my emails arrive with a different time from the one of my mac

My Mac is set correctly on local time, for example at the moment it's 9:14 am... but the last email I have received is marked as received at 14:14... I have been traveling to another timezone last week and there must be some setting that is now confused. Do you know I can I adjust it? Thanks!

Hello SaraiCarioca,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand email is showing the incorrect time. If this is an iCloud account then I suggest you follow through the steps below on iCloud.com. If it's not an iCloud account then I suggest getting in contact with your email provider.

Change the time zone on iCloud.com

  1. Click your account name, then choose Account Settings.

  2. Click Time Zone, then click a time zone on the map.

You can also click the time zone name below the map, then choose a time zone from the pop-up menu.

  3. Click Done.

iCloud: If email shows the wrong time

Take care.
