Q: ARD - Get and send clipboard contents grayed out?

Remote desktop 3.8

Running on Yosemite

Logged into the remote machine as Admin.

When connecting to a remote computer the get and send buttons are always grayed out.

Can someone tell me how to fix this?

When using screen sharing I can copy paste to the same machines I can not copy to/from when using ARD.
