Hello, I'd like to choose an image to represent the mp4 file I created with imovie in a way that people see the image I choose before playing the video. Is this this possible please? Thanks

If you mean you wish to set the cover art, you can do this if you import the movie into iTunes, select the video and choose the "Get Info" menu item, and then select the "Artwork" tab.
