Apple ID iTunes association

I have had the same Apple ID for 3 years. For some reason iTunes Store now states that I cannot associate this computer with another id for 58 days. I made no changes to the Mac or the ID. I do not have music match either...it disappeared. My Mac is no longer listed in the list of managed devices
