Cannot edit a numbers file
Opened a Numbers file I have edited many times before and now all editing is blocked to me and I can't even select a section. Just want to add a couple rows and can't.
iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2014), OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

There is a good chance you printed the sheet or document and forgot to exit print setup. To exit print set up, type the escape key OR click the button "Done" at the bottom:
