2016 MacBook, USB-C / Power port not working

Just got a brand new 2016 MacBook and to my surprise the USB-C port not working at all!

Plugged a USB HD doesn't work, tried a USB thumb drive doesn't work, even the power cord does not charge the battery.. the whole port doesn't function. Tried resetting the PRAM nothing works.

Very surprised in this kind of quality control from Apple, paid for a computer that I can't use and will need to return it and again for a replacement. Very disappointed
