MIDI message traffic jam

Since I upgraded to OS X 10.11 my Logic Pro encountered a MIDI message traffic jam problem. I have two MIDI keyboards and both of them works perfectly with other DAWs such as Ableton Live and Digital Performer. However, when I use Logic Pro, every key I press on the keyboard will only be heard after a couple of seconds, and if I play things very fast on the keyboard, the message will get stuck together, as if cars are stopped by a red light and only get released every minute when the light turns green.

I tried to do the "reset all MIDI drivers" in the preferences, but it doesn't work at all. In the Audio MIDI setup and MIDI monitor, everything works perfectly.

I am using MBox Pro with Studiologic Numa Piano connected via MIDI cable, and M-Audio Oxygen 25 connected via USB cable.

Has anyone had this problem before?
