What is prompting you to ask? If you became aware of the site because a pop-up took over or locked up Safari, then all you need to do is Force Quit Safari ( ---> Force Quit --> Safari), then restart Safari in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key. This prevents previously opened tabs and windows from reopening.
