Why is my macbook air is having motherboard issues and am now told that the laptop is of no use. The replacement would cost me FJD 4000 ie. AUD 6000!

If taken good care of, and having your MB Air for less than two years, there shouldn't be a problem.

Hi. That's what the technician said. But seriously, I bought my mac because of the renowned Apple brand, hoping it would support me. I am totally disappointed! The thing is, my macbook was barely used....even the technician was surprised to find it in such immaculate condition.

My mac was hardly used. I am lost for words as I paid AUD 1500. As a unemployed, student, I have not taken the first diagnosis lightly.
