iPhone 5s Battery Drainage After IOS Upgrade to 9.3.1

Hello,

I have never had an issue with my battery draining for a little over two years on my iPhone 5s. I upgraded a couple of days ago to the ios 9.3.1 and since then my battery drains fast. I've turned everything off and I also did a reset, but no change in battery life.

When I go to Settings > Battery and look at the battery usage it shows the following:

LAST 24 HOURS

Settings 38%

Home & Lock Screen 17%

Outlook 15%

Phone 5%

LAST 2 DAYS

Settings 22%

Home & Lock Screen 18%

Outlook 15%

Phone 14%

Is it normal for 'Settings' to be this high of a percentage?
