How do I transfer all my photos from my Iphone to my PC?
Somehow all the photo albums on my computer transferred to my phone-over 10,000 and I need to transfer all back to computer.
iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4, also Iphone 4s and Windows 8 OS
Photos that have been synced to the iPhone from the computer are not moved from the computer. They should still exist on the computer. For you to remove them from the iPhone, you will also need to do another sync. Follow the steps in this support document under the section Turn off Syncing.
