If you mean have writing converted to text, check the app store as babowa suggested. You might find something, but I have my doubts. Doesn't strike me a critical function for a calendar app.

There's an app called Palu that is a calendar you can write on.

I deleted it off my iPad as I think it's useless. The app doesn't sync with my existing calendars. I think you'd do just as well creating blank calendars in a word processing program, saving them to pdfs and opening them in a PDF management program like PDF Expert. Or, buy a paper calendar.
