Importing contacts into iCloud

Greetings,

I am trying to import the contacts from my MAC Pro to iCloud so they are synced amongst my multiple phones and iPads. The feeds are from iCloud, Yahoo contacts, my local phone where numbers are saved, and my company work exchange server. The contacts are saved locally on my Mac however I can't get them to sync with iCloud. Any suggestions welcome.
