Orange marks
The new Night Shift mode from the iOS 9.3 update has left my screen with orange/yellow marks permanently on the screen, even while Night Shift mode is off. Is there any way for me to fix this?

Try force restarting:
Hold both the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears.
