iPhone drains battery faster under 9.3.1 - possible?

Have the sam issue , my battery run within 3 hours down to nothing and dont use the phone ! and get hot??

the biggest usage is FB , I just now deleted it an will see what happen!

I have reloaded the phone, nothin much happen, I removed the FB apps it reduced a little the drainage but still very fast out of battery. any genius around to help or may Apple team could surely give a hand here! Thanks
