Double click is on even though voiceover is switched off
Phone now requires double tap to exit apps even though voibe over is switched off. I've tried switching voice over on and off to no avail.

1. Settings > General > Accessibility > disable all unwanted
2. Settings > General > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut > off (uncheck all)
3. Force restart phone - press both home and lock buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears.

You wouldnt believe it but simply switching the phone off and on again for the 2nd time cleared it. thanks for helping though I'll save this in case it happens again
