Q: Loudspeacker problems

I Have a problem when using Viber, messenger, whatsapp, and skype as a speaking using voice loudspeacker, the phone got muted.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support

NO, i can hear the other party during the regular call, but when i use any kind of apps like Viber or Skype and i use the loudspeaker the other party didn't listen to me.

If you can listen to them and they cannot listen to you - then it may an issue with settings on the app itself -

Every app should have a settings link - sometimes it is an icon that looks like a gear wheel - that contains the settings locally for that app
