wireless keyboard with new batteries not "recognized
received a message to replace or recharge batteries in the wireless keyboard. Batteries were replaced but the keyboard is not "recognized" What must be done?
iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), iOS 9.3
Did you check under system preferences, in Bluetooth? I assume you pressed the button to turn it on and green light appeared?
