Can't sign into iCloud, other stuff

Not only can I not sign into iCloud, the idiotic system keeps asking me for a freaking serial number when I tried to get support! There is no serial number for iTunes! Or of there is, I sure as **** was never issued one. It won't let me go on to the next step.
