FaceTime stopped ringing with iOS 9.3.1
Anyone else having the same problem? Is there a fix?
Force restart your device then try again.
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

TTried that and tried turning off/on completely. No success.
FFound the problem. Someone switched the button next to the volume controls on the side of the iPad Air. Switched back to off and ringer worked again.
