Cannot find apn settings!
I Own my iPhone 5 and it's unlocked. Im having a problem finding and changing my apn setting. Im using iOS 9.3.
Any suggestions?

Whether you have access to your apn settings is dependent on your carrier settings - it is not an iPhone function per se
