iTunes will no longer download on my computer and I can no longer access iCloud from my computer.The only error I receive is below.
"Errors occurred while installing updates. If the problem persist, choose Tools > Download Only and try installing manually."
which we have done with the same results.

Try repairing Apple Software Update from the programs and features control panel, then see if iTunes will install normally.
