iPad and iPhone 9.3.1
- Downloaded some videos as part of a course (specifically Stanford free ones)
- After about 1 day, found that those videos are removed and i need to re-download again!!!
This did not happen in previous iOS versions. Not sure of the exact previous version as i have not used iTunes U for a while.

I would also check with the Stanford library - some educational videos have time limits on the download (our local library allows seven days for example)

I did the same on iPad... downloaded videos from same course and there is no issue....
iPad has not been rebooted.... and all videos are still there... even after i watch
iPhone is powered off every night.....
That's the difference.... bug on iPhone??
Do a forced restart - After shutting down all open apps using the app switcher - invoked by quick double press of the home button and swiping up on each app till it flies off the screen.
Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons down together till you see logo - then release and allow normal boot up
Issue still there....
