my iPhone has been stolen and I would like to know if there any way "new owner" can bypass activation lock on it? Google can offer some sites that claim to do it. I don't need links to services or something like this. Just simple yes or no so I can feel safe 🙂

Not really - even the FBI could not - so no I would not worry
As long as there is a strong passcode and the activation lock - your data is safe

FYI - the FBI was not trying to get around the Activation Lock. They were trying to get around the Lock Screen lock, which had been set to erase the device after 10 unsuccessful tries. Apple had already provided all of the iCloud data to the FBI, and getting around the Activation Lock for Apple would not be an out of the ordinary thing since they will do it for an owner who is locked out but who also has proof of purchase.
