If your Apple Music subscription is active but you can't play songs in the Music app (on your iPhone) or iTunes (on your Mac), make sure you're signed into these apps with the same Apple ID (iTunes Store account) that you used to subscribe to Apple Music. You may also want to verify that iCloud Music Library is switched on in both apps.

May 1, 2016 11:54 AM in response to jeremy_vby freemarklar,Same issue here. Definitely using the same Apple ID and, as the OP pointed out, Account > Subscriptions shows active subscription. Is the bug on Apple's side or do I need to do something on my end?
