Screen flickering problem

I'm using a Mac book pro retina display 15 ". It has been a month since i bought this mac, and now suddenly I'm having some display issues The same window keeps appearing and disappearing for about 0.2 seconds, The screen duplicate happens on every tab i am on. How do you fix this
