Music app lag on iPhone 6s running iOS 9.3.1

It's been just one month since I got this phone, the music app doesn't open some times, i launch the application but the screen in blank, it's the music app not Apple music anyone else experiencing the same? Is it an issue with my phone or is it the software? If it's just my phone what can i do to solve this issue? I tried rebooting my phone thrice after 10 minutes it started working again but it's very irritating.
