iPhone no longer charging from sleeping MacBook

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask if any of you have experienced this: I used to charge my iPhone 5s from my MacBook Air all night, I usually watch something and I have set up sleep mode in the middle of the night and my phone is being charged all night ( I use sleep alarm so if it would not be being charged I would wake up to 50% battery) but last 2 days, as soon as my Mac goes to sleep it stops charging my phone. I haven’t changed any settings on my Mac, I updated the OS X El Capitan a week ago and I always have it connected to the power whilst wanting it to charge my phone in its sleep mode.

Any ideas?
