cant change region

my apple store is currently using united states as region.

i want to change region to india.


i have tried all the available solutions but cannot change it.


helo apple please kindly change my region.

The cards are issued by banks in the country that you are trying to change to, and you are now in that country ? Are they debit or credit cards ? If debit that might be why, not all seem to still be accepted, and might not be accepted at all in some countries.


For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account).
