Q: Problems with internet connection(cellular).

I have no internet connection on my iPhone 5(Cricket's SIM card). I used SIM card of H2O and I had no problems with internet before. Cricket's support assume that it problems with my iPhone 5. Your opinion.

It does seem like a Cricket problem - looks like the data pack may not be enabled on your account -
If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data - Apple Support
