EI Capitan - Wifi issue

I am using EI Capitan v10.11.3. In the setting wifi shows connected but actually it was not connected.

Please guide me to proceed further?

Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

An exclamation point on your Wi-Fi icon indicates your Wi-Fi has a self-assigned IP address. To learn more about this issue and how to get it resolved please follow through the information in the link below.

Internet connection does not work with an IP address space of 169.254.xxx.xxx from ISP, router, or manual configuration
