cannot upgrade to 9.2.1 from 6.1.3
trying to update my iPad from 6.1.3 to 9.2.1 but keep getting error message telling me i am not connected to the internet. It is connected to wifi and working properly otherwise.
You can't update to 9.2.1, that version of iOS is no longer signed by Apple, you can only update to the current version i.e. 9.3.1
