I mistakenly purchased an in app purchase for Grindr that I didn't intend to buy at all. I've tried reporting it under didn't mean to purchase but the App Store says it can't process the request. What should I do?

Purchases are considered final, if the 'report a problem' page, http://reportaproblem.apple.com, isn't working (you've tried a different browser ?) you could try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
