My iPhone 6 always got screen freeze and it gone crazy ( clicking things I didn't click) and these happened all the time. The problems appeared since iOS 9.3 and iOS 9.3.1 doesn't fix my problem. I even factory reset my phone for one time. Kindly advice.

Can you please specify when exactly it freezes? If it is clicking things on its own this may indicate display/hardware issue. If restore does not help take your device to the Apple Store for further diagnostics.
Beacuse it´s to old, apple want you to buy the 6s. 😉
