I have MAC book Pro which has windows 07 on dual boot. Now the problem is when I connect any HDD to MAC OS I can copy files from HDD but cannot write on to the HDD. On the other hand in Windows i can do both. Is there any suggestion of HDD or any way??? Please Help
How are those external HDDs formatted. If they are NTFS, you will need a third party application such as Paragon or Tuxera to write to them.

ExFAT or FAT32 will work on both.
It is best to format them on a PC and formatting a HDD will delete all data from the HDD.

Using external drives on both Mac and PC
If you want to use an external drive on both Mac and PC your options are:
1. Format the drive in Mac as exFat
2. Format the drive as NTFS in a Windows PC and use a program such as Paragon NTFS for Mac. Paragon NTFS for Mac
Paragon NTFS for Mac allows you to use a drive formatted as NTFS by a Windows PC.
