i have iPhone 5s few months back my lcd got broke so i planned to change my lcd and full housing. after which click function of home button stopped working. Please help

Take it back to whomever "repaired" your phone. They probably damaged the phone while attempting to "repair" it.

It might be the home button, it might be how it's installed in the digitizer panel, and it might be the cabling. Definitely take it back to whomever repaired it as they clearly did not test it. However, be prepared for them to state that it was tested and working fine when you originally picked it up and claim that this is a new problem that you created.
