FIND & SAVE shortcuts Merged

After 30 - 40 minutes of turning on my Mac or whenever I restore from Sleep and sometimes just randomly, the ❝ Find ❞ & ❝ Save ❞ shortcuts functions get merged.

When I press Command + F, it prompts with Save option. While, Command + S functions as Save option as usual. To use Find function, I have to manually select it with my mouse.

I use my iMac with default settings. I don't have keyboard map altering softwares. This happens both with my iMac & MacBook Air.

Any ideas ??
