Macbook pro doesn't browse any http sites

hello

my macbook pro doesn't browse any http sites. but all the https sites are showing correctly. i have not any vpn , proxy or anti virus. i can ping all of sites (http or https ) but i can't see them in any browser(safari , chrome , firefox). the latest update that is installed is Digital Camera RAW Compatibility. my OS is OS X El Capitan 10.11.4.
